Adult Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow  is a class for every mom who needs a little time to reset and reconnect. In this class you can expect a warm and inviting environment where you develop your strength, flexibility, and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. Expect clear instruction on alignment and correct engagement in basic postures, breath work, and accessible strength-building movements. Flows are fun and intelligently sequenced to balance and empower you on the mat and for an easy transition back into your role as mom after class.

Class rate is $20.00. Class begins tomorrow 1/18/24.
